EXCHANGE POLICY:

- If any product is being made as a special order for example size customisation, length alterations or any other changes, the order isn’t eligible for size exchange. For further details please get in touch with us.
CANCELLATIONS AND EXCHANGES
What is the Exchange policy on Zabella ?
- Purchase made During SALE are Not eligible for any kind of Return or exchange.
- For size exchange, please inform us within 48 hours of the product being delivered to you.
- Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging are eligible for exchange.
- Please mention your name, address, number, email and order id on the parcel along with the size needed.
- Exchange/Return not accepted if Customer does not like the material or colour of the dress, we suggest that the customer should read the product description & have a look at all the pictures before ordering. You can also whatsapp us to know more details about the product if needed.
- 10-12% Colour difference depends on the screen resolution and lights, please don’t expect an exchange or return for the same.
- Exchange/Return not accepted if the product is washed and worn.
- All the sale, discounted, brought with a coupon and gift voucher purchases are non returnable, non refundable & non exchangeable.
- No exchange or return for Accessories.
REFUND POLICY
- Products that are damaged or mistake has been made from ZABELLA, you are eligible for refund ( Final call to be made by ZABELLA )
- Refund amount will be credited back to the same source through which payment has been made.
- Refund will be processed once product is received back to us and then it will take 7-8 business days. Please note it may take 3-5days more to reflect to your account.
